Refugee Week is a nationwide programme of arts, cultural and educational events that celebrate the contribution of refugees to the UK, and encourages a better understanding of the issues refugees and migrants face.
I was lead creative on Refugee Week 2013, collaborating with British Red Cross PR team and artist Marcus Crocker, to develop and execute street art installation across London, producing photographs depicting figurines of iconic Brits that each have refugee origins.
The campaign was hugely successful, appearing in various high-profile media including Creative Review, the Londonist, Time Out, The Metro, BBC London online and ITV London news.
